Big hits and hurt feelings galore at the SPARK ReScreened LLC Late Model Regional Tour Season Opener!
A massive incident on the lap 50 restart of the 100 lap feature event resulted in big hits, hurt feelings, and a large portion of the field left managing mangled bodywork. In a night of racing punctuated by six cautions it was eventually RJ Williams who stood on the top spot of the podium uncontested.
Joining Williams on the podium was RC Cola Backed driver Sean Johnson in second, and Pienta Design's own Evan Pienta bringing home third.
Fan's choice of the week was Lucas Longmire, driving the #88 machine. Despite extremely heavy car damage Longmire was able to grab some points with an 18th place finish while running two laps down.
This week our drivers head to Thompson Speedway for another 100 lap shootout!
