To ensure your merchandise looks professional and prints perfectly, please review these requirements before submitting your artwork.
File Formats
Preferred formats:
- Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (best for logos and graphics)
- High-res raster: PNG with transparent background
- Alternative: PSD files with layers
Avoid: Low-resolution JPEGs or images pulled from websites
Resolution & Quality
- Minimum 300 DPI at final print size
- For a 12" wide print: at least 3600 × 3600 pixels
- Larger is always better — we can scale down but not up
- Avoid JPEG if possible due to quality loss from compression
Color Guidelines
- RGB or CMYK color mode (we'll handle conversion)
- High contrast designs print best
- Avoid extremely light colors on light garments
- We can provide color matching for specific brand colors
Design Considerations
- Clean, bold designs work best
- Text should be at least 0.25" tall for readability
- Avoid extremely fine lines (minimum 1pt weight)
- Transparent backgrounds preferred for logo files
